We give you a firm, flat quote by phone once we know the specifics of your job.

The quoted rate covers delivery, pickup, the rental period, and disposal up to the weight allowance we discuss with you. The only things that can add to the price after booking are going significantly over that weight allowance, including prohibited materials in the load, or keeping the container well past the agreed rental period — all explained before you book.

We take payment by phone when you book. There's nothing to sign for at delivery beyond confirming where the container should sit.

Yes — call before your scheduled pickup date and we'll extend it. It's easier to arrange ahead of time than to have a driver arrive for pickup before you're ready.

A 10 or 15-yard handles most small cleanouts and single-room projects. A 20-yard covers most home renovations and roofing jobs. A 30 or 40-yard fits multi-room remodels, estate cleanouts, and new-construction or commercial work. Describe the project when you call and we'll recommend a size.

Paint, solvents, oils, tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, gas cylinders, propane tanks, and medical waste are never allowed in a standard roll-off, anywhere we deliver. That material gets pulled and charged back if it turns up in a load, so it's worth mentioning up front.

In most cases, yes — general construction debris and household junk can share a container. Concrete, dirt, brick, and similar heavy fill are the main exception, since they hit the weight allowance fast and usually need a container sized specifically for heavy material.

Yes, but they're dense and heavy — a roof tear-off usually needs its own size and weight allowance rather than sharing space with other renovation debris. Mention the roofing job when you call so we size it correctly.

Every rental includes a weight allowance based on the container size. A load that comes in over that allowance gets an overage charge based on the extra weight, which we explain before you book so it's never a surprise at pickup.
