ALW Dumpster Rental Allentown runs out of a yard on 25 Werley Rd, on the western edge of Allentown near the Upper Macungie Township line. The company started after seeing the same pattern too often — missed drop-offs, confusing pricing, or poor communication right when someone needed help the most. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we actually hit. A person on the phone rather than a form on a website.
Allentown and Whitehall mix dense Center City and West End lots, warehouse and logistics parks along the I-78 corridor, and newer subdivisions, and steady growth has become a year-round source of work here, not just a seasonal one. Out in Upper and Lower Macungie Township — Trexlertown, Wescosville and Fogelsville — new construction and remodel work is some of the fastest-growing in the region, while Lehigh County boroughs to the north — Coplay, Catasauqua and Emmaus — mix established in-town lots with older housing stock. Farther out across the Northampton County line, in Bethlehem, Easton and Nazareth, both dense city blocks and longer suburban driveways come up depending on the street. What changes town to town is access — a warehouse lot off I-78 is a different job than a tight Center City block — and a real Lehigh Valley winter ice-storm season, since roof and limb-debris cleanup follow the storm track far more than any single calendar date. Knowing which is which before the truck arrives is most of the job.
Whatever you are clearing — a storm-damaged roof, a family home, a new-construction site or a yard full of storm debris — the container exists for it. Call (610) 439-9705 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works
Most bookings take under four minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or jobsite. If the surface needs protection we will say so before we set it down.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than landfilled where we can. You get your driveway or lot back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which Upper Macungie lanes are still lined with warehouses, which downtown Allentown streets have no off-street parking, which Lower Macungie and Bethlehem subdivisions are still going up, and what I-78 and US-22 traffic is doing on a given afternoon.
Our service area page lists every city we cover, grouped by how close each one is to the yard, and each city has its own page covering access, housing stock and the local rules we run into.

Why us
The phone rings at 25 Werley Rd near Allentown. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight Center City lot and a wide-open new-construction site out toward Lower Macungie, and how much room I-78 traffic will give the driver that afternoon.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most Allentown, Whitehall and Macungie-area orders go out the same day. Farther towns like Bethlehem or Easton are usually next-day — honestly, and in advance.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a tighter lot or new-construction site needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your concrete load, that is what we will quote you.
The Lehigh Valley sees a real winter ice-storm season and steady new-construction growth out toward Lower Macungie and the Northampton County line. We size jobs for both, from a single roof tear-off to a full lot clearing.

Credentials
Straightforward, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.
Fully insured for general liability and commercial auto. A certificate of insurance goes to your property manager, general contractor or builder on request, usually the same day.
ALW Dumpster Rental is locally owned and still runs out of one yard. The number on this page reaches the Allentown yard, not an answering service in another state.
Close to the yard in Allentown, Whitehall and the Macungies, out across Lehigh and into Northampton County. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book, not after.
Clean concrete, scrap metal and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever the local facilities allow it — good practice, not a state mandate here.

Allentown area
A look at the general market range for dumpster rental across the Lehigh Valley, and the five factors that actually decide where your project lands in it.
Allentown area
Roll-off dumpsters handle most household and construction debris without issue — but a short list of hazardous items is never allowed. Here's the breakdown.
Allentown area
Placing a dumpster on your own driveway is usually permit-free. Put it on the street, and the rules — and the town you're in — start to matter.
Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our 25 Werley Rd yard to all sixteen communities we cover across greater Allentown — Whitehall, South Whitehall and the Macungies close to the yard, and towns out toward Bethlehem, Easton and Nazareth in Northampton County farther out. Allentown and the closest towns are usually same-day; the farther edges of the service area are next-day. If your town is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.
Answers
Roll-off rentals across the Lehigh Valley typically run somewhere between roughly $300 and $1,100, depending on the container size, how dense the debris is, how long you keep it and how far out the delivery address is — every job is genuinely different, so that is a general market range, not a quote. What matters more is how the price is built. Ours is a flat rate covering delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay. Call with a short description of the job and you will get a firm number on that call, not a callback.
In Allentown, Whitehall and the Macungies, a morning call is often a same-day delivery. Farther towns in our service area — Bethlehem, Easton and similar — usually run next-day rather than same-day. Jobsite swap-outs get priority over new deliveries, because a full container stops a crew working.
It depends on where the container sits. On your own driveway, curb apron or job site — private property — no permit is required. If the container has to sit in the public right-of-way, a street or sidewalk, you may need a temporary permit from the City of Allentown, and we can help walk you through that process. Our county-by-county permit guide covers the pattern across the rest of the service area.
Paint, solvents, oils, tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, gas cylinders, propane tanks and medical waste are never allowed in a roll-off. That list applies everywhere we deliver — it is the material that gets pulled and charged back if it turns up in a load.
A loaded roll-off is heavy, and boards go under the rails as standard on every placement to spread that weight out. Tell us if the surface is anything other than a standard concrete or asphalt driveway — gravel, a newer pour, or a lot with soft ground — and we will talk through the right approach before the truck arrives.
Volume and weight are two separate limits and the material decides which one stops you first. Household clear-outs and construction offcuts run out of space, so size up. Concrete, brick, tile and landscape rock run out of weight with the box barely a third full, so size down and fill it part way. The 20 yard suits most whole-project jobs; the 10 yard is the right answer for anything heavy.
Yes, all 16 towns we cover — Whitehall, South Whitehall, Upper Macungie, Lower Macungie, Salisbury Township, Emmaus, Macungie, Trexlertown, Wescosville, Fogelsville, Coplay and Catasauqua in Lehigh County, plus Bethlehem, Easton and Nazareth farther out in Northampton County, in addition to Allentown itself. Distance is real, so a Bethlehem or Easton run is scheduled next-day rather than same-day and is not priced identically to an Allentown delivery. We tell you both things on the phone before anything is booked.
The building season from late spring through fall is our busiest stretch, without question, and a Lehigh Valley winter ice storm can bring its own run of roof and limb-debris work with very little notice, along with spring severe-thunderstorm season. Outside those windows, contractors are more available and containers are easier to schedule. If your job has to run during a busy window, book as far ahead as you can.
